As for me, its not that bad. Alot of history and ruins from the ancient times. Very large and vast landscape. Each trip to another location can take from 3 to 6 hrs bus ride with stopovers. Beautiful looking ladies...and man too (im not gay, just appreciate their looks). If you are Tan looking, they love to gather around you. Wen i was there, they thought i was from Spain or Portugal. I guess they like Tan looking people as overall of them at fair looking so to us is unique. Sadly most dont noe Singapore and dont speak english (adults), but the kids are way smarter and can talk english. Instead they noe the country malaysia. Good hospitality people wen you go down on the village area. Peaceful place, like to go out at night and see, understand and experience their lifestyle vs singapore lifestyle. Amazing mosques, alot of them. Do try to mix with them and learn more on their lifestyle. Food wise, as the usual arab food like in arab st just that they have alot of salad, breads and u will get bored of the kebabs and kofte meat balls. Advice to bring chilli sauce coz they rarely have it. Try the hot air balloon. Very nice. Get the chewing gums too...its unique and interesting.<!--quoteo(post=450227:date=Sep 22 2009, 07:15 PM:name=habib_ansari)--><div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (habib_ansari @ Sep 22 2009, 07:15 PM) <a href="index.php?act=findpost&pid=450227"><{POST_SNAPBACK}></a></div><div class='quotemain'><!--quotec-->As per topic, anyone been to TURKEY?care to share your itenary?me and wife-to-be planning an itenary to Turkey.8N/ 9D trip (inclusive of airtravel using Emirates, transit at Dubai Aiport).headache man. <img src="http://www.renotalk.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" />any leads?<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> Edited July 25, 2011 by mustis
Maximus 0 Report post Posted April 14, 2011 Do ditch the hot air balloon rides at cappadocia - 150 Euros per person for a 1 hour flight. I was there sometime last year.
