speaking of toilet, am also interested to redo my master room toilet.

need to change wall tiles,floor tiles,change wash basin to those vanity top,do install top cabinet, hide water pipes, chang PVC pipe to metal ones and change toilet door.

I've tried CJ Ambience, I felt they are good. Give them a call, their quotation are very prompt!

But of course, you have to go around to check out the other id also.

I mean, this kind of things are very subjective.

Hack off existing wall & floor tiles

Masonry Work

Supply & Lay homogeneous/ceramic wall & floor tiles

Plumbing Work

Supply & install stainless steel cold piping

Supply labour to install spray jet

install WC for each

install instant heater

install basin for CM toilet

install vanity top for MBR toilet

wonder if any contractor who can take minor renovation. some i went to were rejected.

Depend how old was the unit, the tiles ok not? To play safe, hack and retiles, only cost few hundred more. Wall can don't need to hack less the bottom last tile, but floor better to hack if you are too worry about the waterproofing part.

Reno for 1 toilet is ard $3K, take that as a guide, if there are still no contractor want to do the jobs, then u can look for me to help u.

Good! my target for one toilet is around that price. maximum i can afford is $7k.

hopefully can find good contractor to do the beautiful job.

I had asked Interior Design or smtg like that...that was located in Bedok Central.

I wanted to do the window grill, 1bedroom & 2 toilets..and was rejected saying they only do the whole hse...

She did up 2 toilet n kitchen with DCS coating for wall and Sediment flake coating for flooring for apackage price of $4500.

and change 2 toile bowl and 2 wash basin for a price of $1100.
