These are DIY derived and calculation .. but being 1st timer.. really not sure whether it is correct or what has been overlooked..

The ultimate objective is to have a good start, have a harmony home that bring peace,love, happiness, joy,good health, prosperity to the house where the owners and occupiers will put into good practices. The environment is to stimulate the "chemistry"

Below is the new house floorplan with the draft ideas on the design seeking for advises:

These are the the owner Life Kua, from Ba Zhai calculation derived from birthdate and time.

Few questions to ponder :-

1) Is this house suitable for the owner?

2) Where will be the good position prosperous for business, work/career? Health? Peace?

What to put and place in these positions?

3) Where will be the "sha chi" or bad position in the house?

How to eliminate these "sha chi" or bad position like to place what to prevent bad influences/happening?

4) What to take note on the entrance,living room, dining area, kitchen, store room, service balcony, the passage and the rooms respectively?

5) Are the bed positioning crucial? Head facing where when one is sleeping in the room. Usually what are the factors to consider?

6) The color of the wall and ceiling is it crucial? Usually what are the factors to determine?

7) For the water feature does it matter if it is wall mounted type or the ground type as shown in the diagram?

How about the facing? Does it face out or face towards the living area?

8) What are the dates need to seek for FS master to advise?

a) The first day to view the house?

b) The first day to collect the house key?

c) The first day to start reno?

d) The day to set up the alter ?

e) The day to invite the Goddess ?

f) The day move in?

9) What are the rituals need to perform ? How to perform?

I guess nobody dares or bothers or qualifies to go through these with you. Neither am I. It will be half truth if a person can advise you anything just by a floorplan and some pictures. You need to get a perper fsm to do all these. Last time I seek opinion from the forum in such way, got a lot of 'seniors', 'moderators', 'experts' and so called 'experienced practitioners' all offered help. In the end.....sad story.

The worst is a master preparing 2 facing charts. This is because the fsm does not have enough experience to determine the proper way to look out for the correct chart. From this you will know the fsm standard.

All the questions you have depend from fsm to fsm. Be safe than sorry!!
