Help Needed With Reno To My House

I recently purchased a 4-rm HDB house 104 sqm and have been actively looking for an ID/contractor for reno, the house is in a condition where I have to reno the whole house from floor ceiling, piping,doors windows, electrical etc. And so far all the quotes I have got put my expenditure at close to 40k. However my friends tell me that it is really expensive but I can't figure out why the cost seems so high. anyone have any idea below is a sample of 1 of my quotations which is actually one of the lower cost ones.

Anyone have any useful insights on how I can reduce my cost? Also still looking for a reliable ID or contractor

LIVING

01. To demolish whole house existing flooring, store room. $1400
