Getting To View The House Again After Exercise Of Optino

I just exercised my option for an inter terrace. But after this they refused to let me into the house even for a single viewing as they say the tenants don't allow.

Is there anyway I can get them to let me view the house just once for my ID to check if there is anything to fix, like whether the roof is leaking, etc. So I can plan my reno before hand.

Exercise option does not mean the hse is yours.

From now till completion date, if the previous owner decides to trash the hse.. also LL, cos as is where is AT THE POINT OF SALE COMPLETION.
