I was cheated by the sales lady.

Let me give everyone a piece of advise.

Almost all the companies that advertise on WB on Friday evenings use a bait and switch strategy. They are advertise really cheap products and then try to convert you to a more expensive product that is not much better.

Protect yourselves but looking at which companies are advertising on WB and avoid those store and you will be quite safe.

Read thru' this forum and you can also see that many stores have warnings attached to them.

If the leather is fake, you should go to the small claims tribunal website to lodge a report. The process seems faster than going through case.
