Bons 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2009 I will be purchasing a new hdb unit that comes with finishings such as wall tiles and flooring, including toilet bowls and what-have-yous. You know the usual white tiles and stuff. Is it a waste of money if I take it all out and redo my own design? Or should I just stick to what they gave me and work around there? If you're me, what would you do?

toons army 0 Report post Posted January 17, 2010 Would like to know is it possible to overlap the toilet tiles? Me also thinking of re-do my 2 toilet. Anyone know is it possible?
wolflet 1 Report post Posted January 18, 2010 Would like to know is it possible to overlap the toilet tiles? Me also thinking of re-do my 2 toilet. Anyone know is it possible? not advisable to overlay over hdb tiles. hdb tiles are known to be of poor workmanship and have a tendency to "pop" after some time. If you overlay it, when it pops, your new tiles will be affected too.
olivia751 0 Report post Posted January 21, 2010 Hello, Would like to know is it possible to overlap the toilet tiles? Me also thinking of re-do my 2 toilet. Anyone know is it possible? I don't think it is possible to overlap the toilet tiles or good for the toilet. I think better idea is that first you remove all the tiles of the bathroom and after that insert the new tiles.
