hi, condos i understand not many 'packages'. can i know isit condos are much more expensive to do for the same work as say a 4 room hdb? same size, same work to be done.. why is condo so much more?

if a hdb id package is 15k. What is the equivalent for condo? 18? 20?

Err its all depends what kinda of work, material and design etc for the renovation. A simple 3 room can cost an arm or a leg too.

There is a 20% different due to the districted working hour in condo, hope i answered your question

oic... meaning the condo workers have to work harder ( more manpower)? what if i don't have a strict time frame, say the workers can work longer no problem, from your experience , is this 20% markup negotiable?

it's depend on the reno company, but for i have experienced, time frame without distriction were impossible. good luck to you.
