Selected To Get Bto Inpunggol Residence

I was selected to choose a HDB under BTO in Punggol Residence, and there are questions that i need to know before we finalize this transaction.

1.0) Does it worth, to get this HDB

2.0) What are the things needed to add before occupying the HDB

3.0) Do i need to do painting, need to add stove , kitchen sink , etc.

Appreciate any responds that i can get.

The flat probably just come with toilet bowls, sink, a vanity top(depending if hdb did state it is given).

Rest of stuff need to buy them yourself.

Painting yes, cos the one HDB done for you, just a base coat?

Kitchen cabinets doesn't come with it, so stove and sink - definitely not included.
