wywy219 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2009 We saw a very attractive package at Takashimaya (suprisingly), Dunlopillo individual pocket mattress with bedframe only selling @$999. Very tempted to buy, even though we haven't got our keys yet. Any good/ bad comments on Dunlopillo? I saw in this forum seems like nobody use this brand. If you are looking for a pocket spring mattress then be prepared to spent at least 1K on the mattress alone. There are many mattress companies that will cover their bonnell coils with a fabric and claim that it is a pocket coil. This is technically not lying. If you have a very limited budget buy a fourstar, made in Singapore not Vietnam.

Nice price for the package, even better if you r a taka member, less another 15 %. Anyway it is a household brand. Trust the brand history , not sales talk by the promoter of competiters' brands. From what I know some brands offer better incentive$ cos you should know why..........

Hmm... interesting observation because King Koil and Dunlopillo are the 2 low-end models at Taka. Dunlopillo is made in Vietnam, quality not as good as when they were made in Malaysia. Sealy, Simmons, Serta and Tempur are the No. 1, 2 ,3 and 4 brands in the world. If you trust brand history don't buy Dunlopillo buy Sealy.
