Hdb Sales Slightly Quieter Than Last Month?

Hi does anyone think the HDB market has gone a bit quieter this 2 wks compared to the craze in Aug? Seems prices still high but has hit some resistance.....anyone feels the same?

It's probably the 7th month effect. Just my 2 cents.. :P
