vodkazhong 0 Report post Posted September 1, 2009 Hello All, I need some great help from all of you on any ideas of how to "remove" or re-build my rockstone walls of my on-coming resale 3-room flat !! I do understand that in the past that some families like to have rockstone wall as that lizards / cockroaches cannot climb up ! But now i need to get HELP to clear them off.. Cookiesmonster 0 Report post Posted September 17, 2009 printing?? do u mean painting. go to a professional painter. they will be able to give you a professional advice & quotation. from what i understand, a layer of white "cement" will be applied over it. then the "painters" should wait for it to be 100% driy ed before they apply a coat of sealer on this. then sealer must be 100% dry to ensure the paint will stay on. Not so much on lizards or cockroaches, is the reno in-thing during the 80s. Anyone can do it as soon as they have the skilled. For cost, just call up the contractors and ask them for a quote, u will get the idea how much is the charges. Anywy, right now me n my hb had go search for few reno ids and/or contractors.. and they are able to do it and quote the full reno prices for us.. but now we are still in the deep of selecting n copmparing of reno id... on which is the final one to choose !! And 1 more reason is that our owner still have not yet move out of the hse... so we are not able to have a GOOD look on the whole hse yet.. as there are many boxes and things all ard thehse.. liv rm..bedrms etc... sad...
