13-year Old Condo - Aircon And Ventilation Advice

hi have just bought a 13 year old condo and doing some renovation.

a) condo comes with "hotel type" aircon vents - not those split type with unit - and there are maybe 3 compressor units.

- for this aircon type is it advisable to keep current system or upgrade to those split unit type

- if keep can the vents be cleaned

b) this place has 4 toilets with exhaust fan vent built into the ceiling

- how to clean out and replace these vents if possible

- can this works, even reinstall be done by air con guys

or for above both, since 13 years old advisable to tear down all the false ceiling and vents and start again? we intend to stay another 10 years.
