dannywmp 3 Report post Posted August 26, 2009 Hi, Anyone try painting the alum. windows grill with Nippon bordelac 9000? Is it difficult ? Will the paint able to stick well on the alum surface? Will it easily peel off after sometime? I am thinking of painting the grill because if I will to replace my exisitng grill I will need to spend about $500 to relocate some aricon trucking which happen to run along my MBR windows.... santav 0 Report post Posted August 26, 2009 if you just paint over...it will peel after sometime....you'll need to sandpaper the surface to be painted prior to ensure proper bonding of the paint to the metal...... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
