Your house look huge from those pre-reno pics. Very spacious living, dining, and the kitchen even have a service yard at the back. Looking forward to the transformation of your flat.

Will update as often as i can. The hacking and haulage works will be carried on till tomorrow then Thurs and Fri proceed with the tiling works. Unfortunately i will not be in SG so cannot monitor and take photos.

Haulage tank for my reno.

Entering the house i can see the materials for laying of tiles are ready.

Turned tolook at my kitchen and the walls are hacked and trimmed. Now it looks bigger.

Walking to the dining area and i can see the wall separating the MBR and BR2 is being hacked completely. There will be a glass door and wall separating the MBR and the WIW.

The MBR toilet's new entrace have also been created.

766 is more further in. 770 is irght at the corner where there is a playground and 761 is nearest to the PIE junction.

763,764 and 765 is around the round about

Is that black homo tiles that u are using for your passageway? How much did your ID quote for per tile huh? And how much is the labour for the tiles? Mine contractor quote me $4.50/tile leh saying that Black gloss homo tile more exp..

i think yur decision to hack the kitchen walls is spot on.

now even more spacious.

r u gonna boxed up the pipes in the toilets?
