i like your master toilet windows... just wondering if this is approved under HDB? how much u pay for this?

the resale transactions for longvale has been very quite for the first half of 2009.recently like pick up abit..

mine is at 77*.. deep in... my living hall originally have no windows because originally there is a balcony there... but i hack away the walls and put windows there .. cus the balcony is too small to put anything!! the other windows i didn't change due to tight budget...

ur house is very ID design very very nice when is the completion? mine is into installing carpentry... hoping to move in before xmas...

Oh yeah i saw the balcony units before too. Quite a weird design from HDB with such a small balcony.

Thanks for the compliment, i designed the place myself. Should be completing before x'mas as my carpentry is already almost complete. Yesterday solid surface for the kitchen, dining table and toilet vanity top is done. Today is glass installation and some plumbing works and more paintings will be done tomorrow.

envy the walk in wardrobe......no allowance for that in my place next time...

the mirror makes the corridor look so spacious....gonna be using lots of mirrors too....

The chairs should arive next sat, along with the TV, fridge and washing machine.

There is also a full height wall mirror in the walk in wardrobe. There are many inclusions now but i have not taken any photos yet.
