New To Forum - Need Help To Touch Up 6 Yrs Old Ec

Hi guys,

Have been reading thru this forum for past few days. A very resouceful place!!

Myself just bought an EC 1 month ago, and will be doing some reno to the place. Got a few quotation from Contractors but feel it is a bit expensive.

1. Wrought Iron Grille - Total $3850

supply and install fix wrought iron grille at Bedroom 1 and 2

supply and install open wrought iron grille ****,study and master bedroom

2. Study Room - Total $2300

to install new book shelf and writing table at Study room

3. Install 1 timber door with frame $800

4. Supply and install 6 ceiling fans - Total $2100

Have a few other minor reno but the main ones are listed above. Is the price fair or Ex?

Must know the total measurement, then able to compare.

Same, need measurement.

Expensive.

What brand of ceiling fans? Why don't u buy yourself and ask them to install? From the calculation, it was like $300 per fan, $50 per installation your contractor charged you.
