Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted November 10, 2013 I was doing touch up work at Ah Hood Rd condo today happened to met lady owner down stairs, she asked me to accompany my wife don't always work even on Sunday anyway, still have a last min appointment call from Client to meet in Tampines, fine..., next thing was to have a quick run through with Bon Voyage Money Changer's Boss about his daughter's new cardboard design that have been talking long time, in Tampines MRT.I've been seeing customer like mad seems to have trained power brain better than a few year back when client was complaining about my forgetful mind in forum , btw i'm still a human after all.The Lady owner''s advise had work on me, I asked my wife to go for a movie and guess what I found? I've designed & fabricated some Art-feature for Century Square Cinema 10 Years back, I then remember that I hadn't been visit this cinema for 10 Years!The Movie advertisement stand:High-Tech Standard steel Lited Direction board which Solved the owner problem because they have a few Cinema with two doorwayCinema direction sign with funky Font numberAfter making those sign board, they have invited me to design & tender the Cinema Reno, end up the project was not awarded to me, reason given was that our company was not big enough to do their project (Can't believed when he told me the reason at that point of time) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Hack all tiles out in the whole unit.1a. New tiles in kitchen and toilet.1b. Laminate flooring in Living and bedroom.2. Build kitchen cabinet with cook hob and hood.2a. Integrated dining table.2b. Build pantry cabinet with built-in oven.2c. Build base for kitchen.3. Build shoe cabinet as well as full height cabinet to store bags.4. Suspended table for work computer.5. Self open console for tv in living room6. Change windows for the whole unit and grills for only living room.7. Replace entrance door at main entrance.8. Add missing door at bedroom.9. Dismantle small kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, toilet accessories including toilet bowl and electrical items like power box.9a. Install lights, kitchen accessories and toilet accessories and electrical items.10. Install partial false ceiling in living room and bedroom with lights and cove lights.11.
