Living Room

- Hacking of existing floor tiles and skirtings including storeroom.

- Supply and lay 600x600mm homogenous tiles and skirtings including storeroom.

- Supply and install L-box for living room.

- Supply and install wrought iron main gate.

- Supply labour to install lightings and fan.

Kitchen

- Hacking of existing kitchen wall and floor tiles.

- Hacking of existing kitchen cabinet.

- Supply and install ceramic wall tiles.

- Supply and install homogenous floor tiles

- Supply and install inlet and outlet piping for kitchen sink and washing machine.

Hi, I am changing my balcony.

If possible provide break down of below..add where i might hv missed out or remove where its not needed. Thanks!

1. to hack, supply and lay 100sfft homogenous floor tiles for a balcony? must used white cement as grout.

2. Need to hack away the existing concrete table top too at the balcony.

3. to hack, supply and lay 160sqft 1/2 height wall tiles for a balcony?

4. balcony flooring's water proofing.

5. Hack, and redo the washing machine cement base.

6. Remove and install new flat type rubbish chute.
