Its a resale 5rm HDB flat. individual quote pls coz i need to gauge cost and decide to do or not to do on some items. 1) overlaying of toilet floor only and replacement of toilet bowls for 2 toilets. 2) building a wall and door for the study room about 3000mm wide. quote diff type if have option. 3) removal of balcony sliding glass/aluminum door and frame + re plastering. 4) hacking of false pillars and archs in living room. 2 pillars joining 3 arches. all are those hollow board type. pls send quote to zeyarla@charteredsemi.com. Please quote & PM me the following items individually: 1st Floor: Hack off existing living, dining, utility & balcony floor tiles Removal of balcony sliding glass/aluminum door and frame + re plastering Hack off existing toilet floor & wall tiles - 1st fl common toilet Dismantle existing kitchen cabinet Hack off kitchen floor tiles Hack off existing kitchen wall tiles Demolish wall between kitchen and living Hacking of false pillars and arch in between utility & living room. (2 pillars joining 1 arch) 2nd Floor: Dismantle existing built in all 3 bedrooms built in furniture - 2nd fl Dismantle existing doors and door frames - 2nd fl Hack off the floor tile skirting + re-plastering - 2nd fl 3 bedrooms Hack off existing floor and wall tiles - 2nd fl common toilet Hack off existing floor & Wall tiles - 2nd fl master toilet Disposal cost on the above Staircase currently is tiled, would like to plaster the tiles on the step & riser in order to over with the teak board on the step later part. What's the rate for each 600x600mm tile and the total damage? I may overlay the exisiting kitchen & 2 toilets wall and floor tiles if the ones provided by HDB is not nice. Kindly give me a Quote for this too.. I am going to hack the MBR 2 panels of walls to make it a open concept & to relocate the door opening of a bedroom. What is the cost? Will be signing contract with with him and his partner ronald coming Monday. Start work in next friday and tile work following Wednesday. Will post feedback about the tiling skill and services. Expect to be completed within 4 to 6 weeks. Total cost for my 2 toliets, kitchen and living and dinning, balcony, long bath and plumbing is about 15K without tile cost.
