Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 last Thursday & Monday i was in KL again for court hearing to claim back our house Rent deposit, (years back we rented a condo unit for our construction work in Pavilion, but the Malay owner refuse to return the deposit) both boutique still look new. i then squeeze my time for a 3 days project managing to renovate a Beauty shop in an italian flat ship " Costa Romatica" that berth in Habour Front Singapore Cruise Centre, which i have done 2 other italian flat ship in Shanghai before (my friend company asked me to help in installation since i am the only one in Singapore that experience this kind of work) The work were fast & precious, the Italian Captain said "BRAVO" Costa Romatica Parking in Habour Front, Singapore Cruise Centre for our renovation Phases schedule to be follow (Phase one on 16-18/4, phase two 2 weeks later) Before Picture Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted April 21, 2010 (edited) Guys were so fast they even finished Phase 2 before schedule Back wall to be install with Beauty Brand like Dior, Estee Lauder etc after Phase 2 Ship Captain was not happy with the kicker floor cable on the last ship, this time round our guy CNC floor Ramp for floor cable, Captain Love it so much and said " Bravo Bravo" see how it work with a layer of new thick carpet Afterall, i'm feeling so relief after loading these pictures for i have always wanted to do. Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted May 1, 2010 It's another busy week, busy dealing with an italian restaurant project in Craig Rd, preparing concept finalization, coordination with related parties for submission to approval, visited a few house for quotation, seen a few office area for our use, etc... project start in CK Tang from Yesterday: MAC @ CK Tang before 30.4.10 midnight at 30.4.10 All existing display fixtures down. 01.05.10 nice hoarding with text, Patrick is taking site pictures for report- today is Labour Day. 02.05.10- All flooring hacked in amazing speed, has to clean up for tomorrow tiling work Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted May 1, 2010 Not only that, i was in CK Tang till 2am (luckily i have Patrick to take care of night work) sent out pictures of what we have done to our client as daily report, sleep for few hours and rushed to Habour Front for Phase 2 Costa Romantica: Then i realized i was early... drink coffee & wait for the ship to park lah Load up new fixtures to be install to Phase 2 area. Estee Lauder installed nicely. Clinique installed, the rest of the empty walls leave it to Hong Kong Team. Brand Trans are installed in Phase 1, looks better now. We good news early handover to the italian shop manager, (that he expected to have another work day tomorrow) he is so happy to hear that, and finally he has a off day to visit Singapore. Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted May 16, 2010 put up calcium silicate board for safety reason workers non stop working till night time After a hard day, the carpenter left before me because i have to take care of carpet installation till 12.30am..., Ship Captain visited the shop when we finished installation, he asked me if i am an Architect?" i told him "No"- "i am a contractor" and this is the done up today, so fast the ship is leaving to HK again, it will come back for another round of trans/ postal installation, together with Watch display unit by Brands.
