Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted January 28, 2020 Happy New Year Everyone! We are open for Quotation and Viewing during these period ?
Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted February 16, 2020 (edited) Happy New Year everyone, due to the recent outbreak of the Corona infection, we urge all Homeowners stop going around to meet ID Contractors by face! We encourage you to search for Casetrust certified contractor online or by call, you will find it not difficult to get a quotation before meeting up with your preferred one. Even if you are a Private/ condo owner, Do check out for someone owning HDB licensed, they are well advised by HDB standard protocol, you may face lesser problem in your renovation journey. Our Company has been providing Online Quotation since we first started with Renotalk many years ago, and by luck, sometime owner and us confirmed a contract without seeing each other, and sometime even after completion. Everything are possible ? Do send your enquiry to ronald@designerhouse.com.sg or whatsapp me for fast respond. Lastly, hope everyone take safety precaution during this period to safeguard your family and friends! Edited March 31, 2020 by Tiler Seng

blue_skies 3 Report post Posted August 17, 2020 Just wanted to thank Ronald and Mr Heng for their quick response to my leaking rooftop. I have a tenant living there so it was important to ensure that the issue is fixed quickly. I have engaged Ronald and his team previously in 2010 when I renovated my apartment, in 2013 to fix qrouting on my rooftop tiles and just earlier this month for a leaking issue from the rooftop tiles. We know that there are inherent issues with the construction of the condo so we weren't surprised when Mr Heng told us he had to pour waterproofing into the flooring to fill the gaps. Mr Heng, being very experienced, was able to easily troubleshoot our leaky issue and was very kind to explain to us what he had to do to solve the problem. We had to struggle with the intermittent wet weather but Mr Heng must have told the skies to hold up for us so we had 1-2 days of dry weather where he managed to apply the waterproofing and fix our grouting. A big thank you to Ronald and Mr Heng for your professional work!

Thanks Grace for being very patient all these while, it is not easy for work arrangement during circuit breaker times and indeed Heng has done his best ? Tiler Seng 57 Report post Posted November 29, 2020 My ex-Boss's have 3 boys, the 2nd and 3rd brothers decided to redo their Bedrooms. Design were discussed before Covid19 and only commence right after. 2nd Brother is studying in england and we start this room first when he is away. He want his room to be Rustic feel, a Relaxing window ledge, and a large room area for his friend to seat around on the floor, we have selected wall paper for the walls, and i found cement plastering from Wall Hub which is much natural than that. A window ledge is created, with a large storage carpentry under it, a cushion seater and headboard, the pelmet design was added on after browsing with idea, the original floor was wood parquet, we overlaid it with cement look vinyl floor for a cleaner floor surface for his friends visit.
