Construct concrete base finished with tiles for both sides of the kitchen cabinet (est. 4.7ft & 10ft)3. Construct shower kerbs with tiles for both common toilet & MBR toilet4. Supply & install tempered glass shower screen with sliding door for MBR toilet5. Suplly & install 1 fixed tempered glass shower screen for common toilet6. Please quote for hacking away of bathtub and all existing sanitary wares and retiling work for floors and tiles, installation of new toilet bowl.I am thinking of buying our own washbasin and cabinet - so just to quote for installation of the item.
