just bought a resale EA flat, would like to request for quotation:

1. Hacking of existing cabinets / wall tiles / floorings @ Kitchen

2. Hacking of existing cabinets / floorings @ Service Balcony

3. Hacking of a small part of wall @ kitchen (for open concept)

4. Hacking of wall / floorings / 1 bathtub @ 2 toilets

5. Conceal 1 side of wall @ common toilet

6. Provide full height tiling at kitchen / service balcony / toilets

7. Base for cabinets / fridge @ kitchen / base for washing machine @ service balcony

8. Rewiring of whole house

9. Repainting of whole house

Hi Tiler Seng,

I will be collecting my DBSS new house keys next month.

I understand that the wooden cabinet below the sink for both bathrooms is not lasting. I plan to tear them down and replace with concrete and tiles (with the same sink sitting on top).

What is the estimated charges and how long will it take to rebuild?

I have received a call asking if I can provide renovation services & am I charging high or low price,
