Just wanted to say a big thank you to Ronald from Designer House. It's been 4 years since I engaged him to renovate my home. Tiling is still wonderful, no complaints. Had some minor issues with my toilet but he still provides advice and help even though he is no longer obliged to. Much appreciated!!

I am a homeowner and need to do flooring for my flat. Please help to quote.

1) Lay tiles for living room, dining room and passage.

2) Need to do screed for all four bedrooms and lay laminated floor.

3) Need to lay timber or PVC on balcony.

I need a quote for the following for a small kitchen work.

1. Removing existing bottom 13ft kitchen cabinets and solid surface top.

2. Build bottom 11ft kitchen concrete counter top with tiles and doors

3. Re-use back existing cooking hob , sink and tap?

For preapproved item such as replacing of wall & floor tile will take 3 days, only HDB licensed contractor are authorised to submit, and is on line.

Here recently come a situation, application of all demolished of walls, topping up of floor- normally only takes 7 working days to approve, now busy period, HDB's HQ may take 3 weeks, so don't be surprise if your application takes more than one month still no news..... I kana left right from my home owner so much recently....
