FSSD has recently issued a circular on "Use of Plastic Materials for In-Fill in Building Construction" where the use of Extruded Polystyrene Foam (EPF) for topping up of floor level is not allowed in HDB flats with immediate effect.

Hey smartgold, i'm afraid HDB is not going to allow any rise platform that can catch fire for now due to FSSB that has recently involved investigation on rise floor in Kitchen floor.

Can you please PM me your quote for HDB new 4rm flat 93sqm

1. to supply and install homogeneous floor tiles c/w skirting on living rm, dining rm & 3 bedroom areas (around 740 sqft).

2. install new aluminium windows and grilles at service yard.

3. to hack off kitchen L-shaped(1.3m) wall halfway and install (10mm) tempered glass on it.

4. to supply and install shower kerbs and shower screen for 2 bathrooms

5. if you do carpentry work -> to supply and install kitchen cabinet L2000xD600xH660, L2300xD600xH660 (Granite top)
