Pasir Ris's Client- Gary recommended us to do up their New Singapore Office,

all decision make within a very short time, they confirmed the office space

and started renovation in a few days time after two rounds of lay out planning

and discussion.

Contract signed, moved on and completed for their opening in 4 weeks time.

Hi Mr Tiler Seng,

I would like to renovate my house kitchen and 2 toilets at the end of this year.

My house is 5I-110sq m in Sengkang.

Can you provide me with a quote to do the following:

Kitchen

1)Remove kitchen cabinet. Install new one. (those nice-nice white glossy type)

- Include 1 full-height cabinet beside fridge

2)Remove kitchen floor tiles. Install new one.

3)Install kitchen countertop.

4)Install glass splashback bet. top and bottom cabinet.

5)Install fridge and washing machine base. (there is already base currnetly)

6)Install cooker hob, hood and oven. (buy already)

7)Install pull-out baskets in cabinet. (something like ikea)

8)Install soft-closing anti-slam hinges (Hettich?)

9)Remove old and install door into kitchen

2 Toilets (Common & MBR)

1)Hack away wall and floor tiles and put new ones.

2)Install 2 toilet bowls and bidet spray. (will b buying on my own. bidet spray no idea where to get)

3)Install 2 Shower Kerb

4)Install 2 shower tempered glass shower screen

5)Remove old and install 2 bi-fold toilet door (no idea what type)

6)Remove old and 2 wash basins and put a small cupboard below.

7)Install rainshower and water heaters

8)put mirror and towel hanger

1. Remove existing concrete sink and stove support.

2. Remove existing kitchen cabinet.

3. Build new concrete sink and stove support.

4. Install new sink.

5. Install new hob.

6. Supply and install new kitchen cabinet (top and bottom)

7. Extend electrical wiring for washing machine.

8. Plumbing for new kitchen sink and washing machine water inlet.

9. Granite worktop

Can I get a quote for overlaying over exisitng ceramics tiles and sideskirt for just the hall/dining & maybe balcony for

a five room HDB 118 sqm Improved model. Not sure the exact hall & balcony sqm. Can you recommed homogenous or which tiles that are economical. Could you also quote for vinyl flooring as well. Can't decide between tiles or vinyl overlay. Thanks in advance
