What the rough estimation of price if i were to: 1) Do hacking the whole house 2) Replastering 3) Supply & Labour laminated flooring @ 3 bedrooms 4) Supply & Labour homogeous floor tile 5) Do carpentery works for Walk in wardrobe/Wall feature/TV Console Etc.... jmt 0 Report post Posted January 23, 2011 hi tilerseng, need your quote for my 5rm flat approx <120sqm.. 1) hack & lay floor tiles for whole hse including kitchen & 2toilets.. 2) hack n lay wall tiles for 2toilets + hack & install new toilet accessories etc.. 3) erect walls for bedrooms.. Hack existing vanity top/sink in master room. 6. Dismantle existing shower screen sliding door in common toilet. 7. Disposal charges inclusive. 8. ( tiles i will source) Remove one wall in kitchen. lay tiles in kitchen floor, toilets wall and floor. plaster kitchen wall. conceal plumbling if possible building of false ceiling. installation of led downlight and led cove lighting painting of whole house revarnish 3room varnish floor. special request, i have already custom made kitchen cabinet, tv console, vanity cabinet, walk-in-wardrobe and bedframe from china, and they will ship over flatpacked with holes pre-drilled, so i will need to have them fix up and mounted onto the wall. please drop me a pm or send me a email desmond.sum@gmail.com i will be best if we can meet up to discuss.
