Hi! Mine is a 5rm flat. Like to check is it possible to overlay tiles **** and Bedrooms? if yes, pls provide quote for following

If Living and Bedroom cannot overlay, then pls add a Labour for Hacking of existing floor.

1. Laying of Homogeneous floor with skirting **** and dinning

2. Laying of Homogeneous floor with skirting at 3 bedroom

(living + dinning + 3 bedrrom abt 1000 sqft)

Pls also advise if there's anything necessary that I've left out

Can you quote for me masonry works:

1) Demolish kitchen yard walls

2) Demolish kitchen + kitchen yard floor tiles

3) Demolish common bathroom floor tiles

4) Supply and lay anti-slip homo floor tiles for kitchen+yard+common bathroom

5) Supply and lay waterproofing for kitchen+yard+bathroom

6) Construct and supply cement base with tiles finish for cabinet+washing machine and fridge base

7) Supply and install copper piping for kitchen and bathroom

Its a 4rm HDB flat.

Let me know what details ive missed out.

Appreciate a reply with the quote the soonest as i need to choose the contractor and preference to start the job end of this month or early next month.
