Hi Tiler Seng,

I bought a resale 5 room resale flat at Jurong West.

I wish to renovate my two toilet, can me please provide me the quote as follow:

A) Hack and change floor tiles and wall tiles

B) Change the toilet bowl

C) I have the vanity top installed on my toilet, possible to change the sink only without hacking and change the vanity top? The vanity top is granite so I wish to use it back.

D) Change the water pipe.

E) Reconstruct the cabinet underneath the vanity top for two toilet.

1) Hack off existing floor tiles, skirting & ceiling wall paper for Living area

2) Hack off existing floor tiles & skirting for kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

2) Hack off existing wall tiles for kitchen & 2 bathrooms

3) Hack off existing kitchen cabinet

4) Hack off existing store room at kitchen area

5) Hack off existing wall between store room and living room (till door height)

6) Supply labour to dismantle & install 2 wash basin with tap and 2 toilet bowl for 2 bathrooms

7) Supply labour to lay ceramics/homogenous floor tiles with skirting for living area, kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms

8) Supply labour to lay ceramics/homogenous wall tiles for kitchen area & 2 bathrooms

9) Supply & construct 50mm height cement base with tiles finish for kitchen cabinet and utility basin only

Please itemise cost for me. We will purchase own tiles, but need you to supply cement to level up the floor. But, if you can give a good quote for the tiles (with good varieties) from your supplier, we might purchase from them. You do plumbing works also right? How long do you need to hack and lay the tiles?

can you also hack all the doors, door frames and replace new ones? total 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
