guy, be prepare to get reject by Henry since too many people flood his mail and hp inbox jam.

am pretty angry because he did not ask when i want renovate, yet he rejected me flat after the 1st quotation. i had hard time to find one at same cost prices.

Blue_ape, dont feel too angry, it is better for him to reject you rather then fail you in the middle of reno. Suggest you tell him your reno dates and if he feel he can do it, I am sure he will commit to you.

I was told by him that the madness rush in both our IRs in Marina and Sentosa, they are paying high price to get such "skill" workers to complete their projects. So contractors like Henry and others may have a more difficult time getting workers in the next few mths.

True...I think responsible and experience contractor also contractor that know their limit...no point agree on your job and later cannot HO to u as requested then kanna bad reputation...
