ya . When I look for flat last yr , it's already 300k at yr area. Heard from friend that the market is going crazy this few week/month. Cov is like 20k to 50k above valulation.

Me quite heng to get a 1k cov flat .... ha

Yup, thank God I bought it before HDB raised their prices sharply in end-2007. If you check the HDB Resale webpage, you can see that SK 4-room are going for as high as $340K!

Hahaha! That was June 2007's price! The doors and flooring are optional features that I can opt in for at $1,200 and $2,600 respectively. So the flat actual price was only $182,000.
