tuababy 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 thank you thank you... I feel happier knowing that you had a good experience. I too signed up for the price and the workmanship warranty. I liked the guy I talked to also... Mr Low I believe. So we chose them for the same reasons. I'm glad. Will update how they fared for me! Sure thing! Share your experiences next time! pinkpetter 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 Hi pinkpetter, I think they're quite good. No problems so far. My sales person is Zen Tan and he was down to earth and not those "big words" salesman. He was clear and upfront on the sales and details on the types of insulation, copper wires and pipes used and he actually wrote it all clearly down on the invoice. For the 1st visit to lay the trunking, he requested that the owner, technician and my contractor be around to discuss the details on how to lay. Only when I was ok then the technician go about doing it. The 2nd appointment to install the equipment went through quite well too. I chose Creation Air for 3 factors namely: (1) Sales person attitude and comfort level (we were comfortable with Zen overall); (2) Price (one of the cheapest if not cheapest); and (3) the 8 years workmanship warranty (if they dare to give 8 years, it means they are confident of their workmanship and ability). After the installation and sending back the warranty card to Creation Air, they will mail you a warranty card. I hope my experience is useful for you. thank you thank you... alamak 0 Report post Posted October 25, 2009 Hi Feimei, The racks costs me $290. I chose the more expensive one for the boltless system and heavier load of 200kg per shelf. The typical ones would costs less than $200 and there would be holes in the middle metal frames, with a loading of about 100kg per shelf. Please contact Mr William Koh at 9852-4730. He specialises in storeroom racks. what's the total length of the racks?
