Lol Saw the original condition of the house. the one I bought was a better condition, however same sentiment as you, all have to go, cos nothing I wish to keep. But eventually we only kept one thing - i.e the tiles in the storeroom and the metal shelving from previous owner. initially wanted to hack the tiles in the storeroom, but thinking that no one will bother to go in and see, and we probably have so much junks and boxes in it, that no one will notice what tile is in the storeroom. Hence kept the original condition. But the rest of the tiles, hack hack hack. of cos the happy person will be our contractors. more hacking = more money into their pockets. but half-way through the reno now, I'm glad all the "ugly stuffs" are gone, cos it is really a makeover.
