It is our 1st home together & I would like to share some pic of the before & after renovation with you. It is just a modest 3rm resale flat. We got it for $255k. At first I thought it's quite costly but lucky I bought it soon coz I just found out that the area has gone up & ppl are asking for a lot of cash. I didn't have to pay any cash coz that flat has been repossessed by the bank. And I agree with you about hacking away EVERYTHING. and have it all done to my style & liking!
