Carpenter And Electrician To Reco Please

Hi Guys,

Initially I wanted to do a fair bit of stuff but after getting quotes from contractors, I decided abit out of budget and decided to scale back on the reno. In the end, I was thinking of only doing the following:

1) Build a wooden platform at balcony area

2) Build a window to seal up the yard area

3) Build a (retractable) clothes hanger

4) Change some light switches (ie now I switch on 2 lights with 1 switch, I want to switch on just 1 light)

and am thinking it will be cheaper if I source for electrician/carpenter. I am thinking 1-3 can be done by carpenter and 4 by electrician.

Anyone has any recommendation please?

Carpentry depend, what wood u intent to use, most likely a parquet floor installer.

2) Build a window to seal up the yard area

Required BCA approved window installer.

3) Build a (retractable) clothes hanger

Buy can liao.

4) Change some light switches (ie now I switch on 2 lights with 1 switch, I want to switch on just 1 light)

Just change the switch to double points. Electrician.
