Short Term Rental - When To Start Looking?

Hi all,

This is the 1st time im actually looking for a short -term lodging. Therefore i need some kind advise.

I need a 2 bedroom unit ( hdb/condo) for short term rental like 8-10 wks from end Nov 09.

Hence i wonder when should be the correct time to start sourching for one?

I dont like last min things incase, things dont go as plan...

From my exp, not so easy to find matching dates and also mostly renting at least 3mth+. Be prepared to rent longer than u need if the price is right.
