Sorry for the delay of your drawing...here is what I had drawn out for you....hope able to give u some ideas on what you want to do for your house.

This is the overall view for your house, didn't add in the windows and doors as it will make it difficult to see.

The black colour walls are actually indicating the beams for the house. I also didn't add in any wall colours as it very individual likings.

This is the shoe cabinet with a settee...there will be a T-5 light shinning below the left hand side of the cabinet. If u want to have more storage area, the left hand side will then be doing completely to the floor.

This is your kitchen area...as the rubbish chute is standard, u ain't able to shift the location, be it more to the left of right. So I left it as it is.

I had changed the layout for your common bath/WC. As after measurement and consideration, this is the best layout for bigger shower area, if not it will be like 600mm X 800mm.
