Still at the planning stage and have whole lot of homework to be done before the real show. Attached is my humble house floorplan, hope all of you can help to give me some ideas on the layouts. I still sourcing for my ID contractor, have shortlisted few. Hope I can finalise the details soon. Just visited Bro Simon place on his renovation done the design and workmanship is good. Hi Coffee, No, my 1st appt still sometime in late sept and I think 2nd appt will only happen on mid Oct to collect keys. Looking forward for your propose layout for my house. A bit tricky right in term of living and dining are like sofa direction and dining area.
