Jason Goh From U And B Design And Renovation

Recommended Posts

Changed my mind about leaving my opinions as a customer. I'm still awaiting his reply and him finishing his work on our place.

I've decided to give him another day and chance before leaving my feedback.

Hi Seashell,

I asked Ah Tan to go down to your place to settle, did he go?

I tried calling him, but cannot call through.

Ask him to call me back if you can find him also, thanks!

Thank you for your support!

hi jason

thanks for dropping by my house even tou it was already so late n u didn't even have your dinner (feel very bad about it!!)

ah tan worker came on sunday but the work was not completed...so i am not sure if he is able to come back another time to fix remaining 5-8socket points ..

i left with,

-the patch up ceiling work.) & 2 box up area... (original ceiling work also done by your worker, 'bo-gey' last time.

-painting ..areas to paint is smaller due to my carpentry work

-plumbing..(fix 2 WC, 2 rainshower, 3 basins, 2 bidet spray, 1 storage heater)

once i am done with all these, i FINALLY can move in! (after 6months of chasing...)

hope u can help me out and i will be very grateful to u!

if i need to pay, i will.. i will understand this...

6months, never a night i can sleep well... agony, worries n fear was my best friend for the past 6 months... ;(

life was upside down on an emotional roller coaster...

i am so glad u answer to me and try your best to help!

It suppose it is out of good will that Jason step into Seashell's case. With Jason's current experience of handling these touch-up, it's just quick task, and spending a few $/effort that will give Seashell a peace of mind after 6 months of wait, I believe Jason's kind heart tell him to do it.

My home reno with Jason was at 10-15% a week ago, this week it ramped up to 50-60% completion. I can see that Jason's team is on high gear to complete my HO by year end. I'm keeping my finger cross.

As owner, I always believe in playing our part to monitor the progress and avoid changes if possible, this will help to minimise delay and $$$. So far this has work for me since I visit the site most of the day and Jason's Project Manager is regularly there each day too. We were able to exchange ideas before the actual work is cement. Modification/Add-on cost on items that deviate from agreed quote, his charges are really reasonable.

He deserve to be keep busy for what his team has been progressing on my reno.

Met with Jason last Saturday evening and he told me that he had handover many units over the last 2 weeks, so he is ready to receive more job/RFQ.
