vanillapod.sg 0 Report post Posted August 11, 2009 putting this up on behalf of an agent friend who recently had a rude encounter from a fella agent and the shocking part was that the other male agent is the owner of a local real estate firm called compass or something like that. my fren was acting for a buyer for a said property and the agent representing the seller told him 'what price' to seal the deal, so after the offer was made, the seller agent told my friend that he cannot seal the deal at the agreed price and has to be higher.. well some sms exchanges took place....well apparently my fren's clients cheque was used to dangle for a bigger offer ..which apparently is a common tactic used????? (is that right?) my fren asked me for my opinion..(i am not law trained) but i told him for a fact that i do not think any legal action can be taken despite rude words being used. -------------------------------from seller's agent to buyer's agent-------------------------------------------------------------- Mr. Arrogant petty useless stupid piece of **** which don't know how to spell my name, shame on you, I only took 1 day to sell it at 1.55 mil without showing the TA, stupid you just help your buyer to throw away a strike lottery ticket, if not bcos I worry you will do some under handed tactic, 1.6mil will be done in no time, so assume I did said I can close 1.6mil, it is consider done. Your clients tide budget is not my problem, I never need to sell a property by asking my cobroke for sympathy, my clients money is treasure too, he has every right to raise price last minute as it is still a deal below market price, any EXPERIENCE AGANT have to face and deal with it, you don't know how to close deal please don't blame on others & Kau Peh Kau Bu act like an Ah Quah. Therefore I suggest you chop off your c**k & shaft it to your f**king big month because you don't need one.
