They sent me the white aligator chair instead of the silver aligator chair that I ordered as they had both types in the same container. But I will very likely request for another exchange because the 2 of the 4 chairs' stainless steel legs are scratched (made by cutter) and 1 of the silver PVC coating wasn't applied well as there is still air bubble trapped underneath it. I think perhaps I may have over reacted as it could genuinely be a case of wrong delivery instead of being ripped off by Winter. Previously I almost buy the package from Red Apple, then I come back to check forum and decided not to get from them after reading so many bad remarks. It has been like close to a year ago.... lately we saw something we like at winter international and decided on the purchase on the spot. My hb even ask me if there is bad remark abt the shop, I told him, not sure lei... go home check... Then I come home and check the forum and SH*T to know that they belongs to affliate of Red apple also... My HB say its seems like its fated we din manage to SIAM the apple group! *faint... now we can only hope that the delivery and quality is good as we see from the shop... cant help but worrying also... As we liked the design of the furniture from Winter, we ordered a TV console and a few other items. While the rest of the items were delivered on time and were in good condition, the TV console was delivered late and had lots of scratches/dents. Naturally, we contacted Winter.
