ossify 1 Report post Posted December 22, 2009 (edited) was just informed that the rubbish chute I must get is model 005, not 001. model 005 costs $130, compared to 001's $80 my old chute's dimensions are 485mm by 535mm my new chute's dimensions are 500mm by 550mm, yellow colour (they only had blue, pink and yellow at the time) i don't know why my contractor say it can fit even though it looks bigger by 15mm length and width to me, guess i'll leave it to him Edited December 22, 2009 by ossify Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

ossify 1 Report post Posted December 22, 2009 (edited) Day 8 2 men came today, hacked skirtings, chipped off damaged tiles, planned plumbing, cleared debris 2 men working today Concrete skirting removed Chipping off chipped tiles one by one Plumbing planning for washing machine, 2 basins and for bathroom, all these will be hidden when tiles are ready All debris cleared, cost me $300 Total cost for the day's work: $200 Clearing debris: $300 Bought some more materials + sand + rubbish chute (model 005): $283.5 Hacking 50ft walls and clearing of debris: $1000 Accumulated cost for labour: $1200 (including clearing of debris) Accumulated cost for raw materials: $1338.5 Total reno bill as of now: $3538.5 Edited December 23, 2009 by ossify Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

By evening time, walls are partially up (house seems smaller?) Zoom in on the MBR shower area (see the strings?) Zoom in on the common toilet, sorry for blurness (strings?)
