Hiya, this my first time renovating. Mine is a resale 10 yr old flat. Flat has minimal work done so far. 100sq in total

Please advice if 1) price is ok. I know the quality of this ID is good because he has done for my dad's flat, approachable eventhough he is in another agency now.

2) am I missing out anything important, eg, what do i need to do with lighting point, etc?
