do not let him take back the copy that you're holding

Oh btw, tell the agent that if he do not give you a satisfactory answer and since he illegally modified the form.

You can sue him and the whole contract will be void and thus you got the rights to collect back the deposit from the owner.

Does he want that ? the owner will not be able to sell his house and do without the aircon and he will have to answer to the owner hahahaha

seriously this kind of agents should be taught a lesson, don't let him off so easily else he will do the same to other innocent house seekers again
