Recommended Posts

Hi. I am going to get my key in Sept. Does anyone know how much it will cost to reno an EM? I don't need alot of inbuilt ID....just simple hacking, painting, tiling and flooring etc of whole unit about 1600sqft.

Mine is not an EM but an EA and I was quoted for 30K for a major renovation.

If you need recommendation, let me know.

Did you use an ID co or just a contractor? How long did it take?

Hmm.. we using yeak.. i think he is kind of ID cum contractor.. lol.. u have to let him know ur concept or wat u want .. then he will tell u if it is feasible etc.. he did gave us an idea of how our cabinets, toilet vanity top would look like etc.. so it is oki.. Ours is consider major renovation.. cos everything in the house cannot be kept.. and everything has to go.. so it took abt 6-8 weeks.. which is normal for most major renovation works..
