My so called solid teak wood furniture were found to be infested with insects even after replacement. Good luck.

I have the same problem of infestation with my teak table and chairs bought from Summit House at IFC. Still waiting for the replacement, which was supposed to be delivered today but on checking, their delivery centre says they have no record although the salesperson at the showroom declares that arrangements have been made. There are also other areas of dissatisfaction with the furniture. The whole experience of dealing with this company has been frustrating and time-consuming with repeated phone calls. I am not having high expectation that the replacement table, when it does show up, would be free from infestation after reading what KopiO wrote.

Terrible experience with this shop!

I bought a set of dining tables, 2k+, terrible insects, frustrated phone calls, insects again after the replacement.

So regretted !!

We bought there this sampan-boat bench 2 years ago already, but no any problem with that....no insects or whatever.....

Just to say that filling is quite low-quality cause is already unshaped and we must to change it....

Nice and u.nique design. Too bad you got shortchanged on the filling. Actually it is quite easy to know the quality of the filling from day one when you first set eyes on the piece if you sit on good quality fillings of a similar design often enough. There will be a certain bounce and firmness to it which will not change much over time.

The quality of their wooden furniture is poor, not only in the quality of the wood imported by them from Indonesia but also in the workmanship conducted by them in Singapore. In addition, the salespersons in Expo refused to follow up with our orders with their factory after we made the payment. Furthermore, many delivery guys in Summit House Pte Ltd do not know how to fix defects and simply ask customers to call their office. Moreover, some people in their office are not kind and eager to follow up our requests.

In summary, I do not recommend the products and services of Summit House Pte Ltd.
