I am looking for a realiable contractor that delivers on time and has high quality work man ship. The 3 contractors i have short listed in beauty world are :

1)la belle building and contract

2)Hai San design

3)Urban design

I spoken to Urban Design before, pre-sales is very good and very close follow-up but MUST carefully go through all revised quotations. The only bad experience i had with Urban is lack of consistency.

Overall ok.

oh yes.. shoes cabinets, kitchen cabinets, hall feature wall plus console, all wardrobes plus a low cabinet for MBR. but the carpentary will only be up one month later wor. can you wait?
