flpc 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2009 I'm in the process of appointing an ID to do a complete reno of my newly purchase 4 rooms resale flat. Had talked to the following ID companies and their costs for complete renovation, including knocking down the store room, change of MBR toilet entrance to complete glass panel and swing door, all floorings, feature walls for living, MBR, and common room, all ceilings works, kitchen cabinets 24ft, redo both MBR and common toilets. change whole house windows to sliding and grilles 1. Love Home Interior - $42,000. (include supply of 2 Toilet bowls, 2 wash basins & taps and 2 shower screens) 2. North West - $37,000 3. Inspiration Living - $38,000 (include supply of 2 Toilet bowls, 2 wash basins & taps and 2 shower screens) 4. Strategic design & Built - $40,000 (include supply of 2 Toilet bowls, 2 wash basins & taps and 2 shower screens Plus Kitchen sink & tap, Cooker hood/hop) Does anyone has experience with any of the above 4 IDs. My feel is Love Home not very sincere in wanting to do the job. Quite happy with the discussion I had with North West, Inspiration living and Strategic. I am looking forward to all your inputs and comments to help in my selection of ID for the renovation works. Many Thanks FLPC
ssathesh 0 Report post Posted July 31, 2009 did my work with Strategic over 3 years ago... im very happy with their service and attitude. considering the fact that i was away on overseas mission. ID did everything, incl teaching my wife how to check tiles and handed over to me a very nice house after i was back.... look for Kent... i still keep in touch with him... sohck 0 Report post Posted August 1, 2009 Got a quote from Kent while searching for ID. Kent is helpful and knowledgeable. The designer is not bad either. But proposal way beyond budget so didn't go with them.
silvernano 0 Report post Posted December 23, 2009 I did and I repent each and every minute for that wrong decision . They (strategic design, ubi )will never do anything according to the design..Dont ask about the completion time. Full Guarantee that you will be homeless...
