poseidon_gal 0 Report post Posted July 27, 2009 Normally after the final coat of paint is done and i still find some areas not up to my expectation..how is the painter going to paint the area??? Does the painter paint the whole wall again or only touch up on the small portion that i mention?? My concern is..wont that small area be very obvious after the touch up is being done??? Any comments?

dino bravo 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2009 They will only touch up the area. It is not practical to pain the whole wall. If they use back the same paint, there will be no difference in colour tone when the paint has dried. Unless your existing paint on the wall is like 2yrs old, then you touch up with a fresh coat of the same colour code paint. There will be a difference. The bigger the gap duration, the bigger the difference in the colour tone. Hope my answer helped.
poseidon_gal 0 Report post Posted July 30, 2009 i see alot of "squares" on my wall... told my project manager about this and he told me the painter will settle the "squares" for me... the "squares" are cause by the touch up work... now i wonder what the painters will do..
